Since we don't specifically gear our meals towards a certain calorie count, the caloric content of each meal varies.
Generally speaking, though, the vast majority of our meals are between 400-600 calories, with a few being under 400 calories and a few being over 600 calories.
Having said that, while eating Freshly, we encourage customers not to worry so much about calories. Trust your body to tell you when you're full and how much food you need. You'll be amazed at how effective your body is at self-regulating itself when you eat the right foods in the proper portions. We like to think that you don’t have to eat less, you just have to eat right!
