Exercise will always improve the results of a good diet. We don't make exercise mandatory with our diet plans, but we do recommend and endorse it. Highly. We always suggest that you do whatever you can  whether that's trying a new sport, joining a gym, dropping in on a yoga class, or just going for a short walk.
