Exercise will always improve the results of a good diet. We don't make exercise mandatory with our diet plans, but we do recommend and endorse it. Highly. We always suggest that you do whatever you can — whether that's trying a new sport, joining a gym, dropping in on a yoga class, or just going for a short walk. Anything to get your body moving and your blood flowing. A few minutes in, and we bet you'll feel better, already. Promise.
