Salsas (without the sugar), hot sauce (without the sugar) and mustards are great. A little table salt (we recommend sea salt), garlic salt, pepper, and most natural seasonings are fine. Some are also surprised to see that butter (as long as the only ingredients are butter and salt) and spices like cinnamon are fine as well. The main thing we are looking to avoid is sugar and high fructose corn syrup. That means ketchup, BBQ sauce, and other sugary dips and sauces are to be avoided... sorry!
