If you are looking for healthy snacks to eat in-between our meals, we recommend the following:

  • quality cheeses (pre-packaged singles, cheese "sprays" (easy cheese) and other heavily processed cheeses do not count!
  • hard-boiled eggs
  • quality deli meats (go as natural and unprocessed as possible and watch out for added sugars i.e. honey glazed or maple glazed)
  • half of an avocado
  • raw tree nuts (nuts after the first seven days, avoid peanuts)
