We cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will be able to follow very specific requests when it comes to delivering your packages. The package is out of our direct control after we drop it off with the carrier and even the carrier has to rely on their delivery drivers when it comes to how packages are actually delivered. 

If you are concerned about your package being accurately delivered, there are a few possible options:

  1. You could leave a note for the carrier at the delivery location with any specific instructions that you’d like to convey. 
  2. You can add special instructions (a gate code, perhaps?) to the second address line of your delivery address and then change the address on your subsequent defaults (instructions here) and any future orders (instructions here)
