We use third-party carriers (FedEx and OnTrac) to deliver your food packages, so, very rarely, there may be issues outside of our control that prevent packages from reaching you in a timely manner. Still, because the meals we ship are perishable, we are sensitive to the fact that timely delivery is crucial for our customers and we want to make the shipping process as worry-free as possible. Therefore, for any carrier-related shipping errors that cause a package of meals to spoil or not be delivered, we will issue you a replacement delivery or replacement products at no additional charge.
