Our meals are designed to be heated in the microwave, since they already arrive fully cooked. If you don’t have a microwave or would rather not use one, however, you can certainly use an oven or a range! Just be aware that you will have to get a few pots and pans dirty, since you cannot use our containers in an oven or on a range. Please also note that heating in an oven or a pot will require you to watch the item closely to see when it has reached your desired temperature.

Tips:

  • Place the item in an oven-safe dish and cover the top in tin foil. Heat the oven to 325 degrees (300 if you’re using a convection oven).
  • Breakfast: heat for 4 minutes, stir once, and place back in oven for 2 minutes
  • Lunch: heat for 8 minutes, stir once, place back in the oven for 2 minutes
  • Dinner: heat for 8 minutes, stir once, place back in the oven for 2 minutes

Remember, you are not cooking the meal, just heating it – so, once the item is hot it is ready to eat!
