We are a subscription service, so we charge you when you initially order a subscription and then every week thereafter. Your weekly charge will be processed 5-6 days before the delivery itself, based on your location. 


The charge will be applied to the default credit card listed on your account but if needed, you can easily add a new credit card to your account.


A few things would stop you from being charged:


  1. If you skipped a week of meals, you wouldn't be charged by us, because you wouldn't be getting meals that week.
  2. If you cancelled your subscription, as once you cancel, you would not receive any further weekly charges without your permission.
