We do not force customers to remain subscribed to our service for a certain number of weeks after their initial order. 


At anytime, if you don't want to receive meals, you can skip a week (or two!) or cancel the subscription.


Just bear in mind the following:


  1. You cannot skip or cancel the first delivery of a new subscription, because, at the time of your order, those meals were planned into our system and resources assigned for them.
  2. Skipping a week or cancelling a subscription would not impact orders for which you have already been charged, since, at that point, those orders have entered our production process.
