Plus, our meals help wean you off the higher average intake of sodium you might be getting from unhealthy processed foods, take-out, fast foods and other convenient food alternatives. You will find that our meals vary in sodium; while in some dishes we use sea salt more liberally, we offer lower sodium options as well.
