1) Sign into your account here.

2) If you have multiple subscriptions, click on the "Meal Planner" in the upper left-hand corner and make sure you select the correct subscription.

3) Click on the link that says "Subscription Settings" on the left underneath the list of your recent weekly orders.

4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the subscription settings.


5) In the resulting pop-up window, confirm that you do not want to skip a week. 

6) In the following window, you'll be prompted to answer two quick questions regarding why you are cancelling the subscription.

7) After submitting the survey, confirm you are finished and would like to cancel. If there is anything our Support Team can assist you with, please let us know!

Your subscription is officially cancelled.

But if you decide you would like to resume service, you can reactivate with the click of a button!
