Welcome back to Freshly! We've missed you!
To pick up where you left off, you will want to take the following steps:
1) Sign into your account here.
2) If you have multiple subscriptions, click on the "Meal Planner" in the upper left-hand corner and make sure you select the correct subscription.
3) Click on the link that says "Subscription Settings" on the left underneath the list of your recent weekly orders.
4) Click on the green "Reactivate" button.
5) Your Subscription Settings will pop-up, and you can select the first listed delivery day on the left hand side to start planning your meals!
Please note: If you cancelled your subscription prior to Tuesday, April 4th, you will not be able to reactivate. You can create a new subscription by clicking on the Freshly logo at the top of your screen, and completing the sign-up process (if you need assistance with that, here's a refresher How do I order a Freshly subscription?)
