We do all the prepping and cooking, so all you need to do is reheat in the microwave! On the back of each meal, you'll find easy steps for heating but typically the heat time is 3 minutes depending on your microwave. If you're ever unsure, start at 2 minutes and keep heating in 30 second increments until the meal reaches an inner temperature of 165 degrees.
Rather heat in an oven? No problem, just follow these steps:
1 - Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2 - Place your food in an oven-safe dish, just don't forget to scrape the juicy sauce from the tray. Cover the top with tin foil.
3 - Heat for 25-35 minutes. Keep in mind heating times are approximate so make sure the internal meal temperature is 165 degrees.
4 - Remove the foil and let cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
5 - Transfer to a plate or bowl and enjoy! 😋🍴
