Once you’re signed in, click on your name in the upper right corner and choose “Dietary Preferences” from the drop-down menu. That’s where you’ll be able to choose the ingredients you want to avoid. Once you do, you’ll see a warning symbol over any meal with the ingredient you’d like to avoid while you’re in “Edit Meals” mode.
Just so you know, our Meal Planner isn’t able to select meals that meet your Dietary Preferences for you. You should still always check each meal’s ingredient information, and double check your weekly orders, especially if you have an allergy.
