We understand things come up, so we make it easy to skip weeks in your subscription up to three weeks in advance! Once you’re signed in, simply head over to your Meal Planner and scroll down to the order(s) you want to skip, and click the “Skip Week” button.

If you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, once you’re signed in, head over to your Meal Planner, scroll down to “Change Details” and click on “Change” under “Subscription Settings.” You’ll see a "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the page. When you click on it, we’ll ask you a couple questions about why you’re canceling and then you’ll be all set.
