We understand things come up, so we make it easy to skip weeks in your subscription up to three weeks in advance! Once you’re signed in, simply head over to your Meal Planner and choose the order you want to skip from the tabs on the left, and click the “Skip Week” button in the top right corner.
If you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, once you’re signed in, head over to your Meal Planner and click on the link for “Subscription Settings” on the left underneath your weekly orders. You’ll see a "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the page. When you click on it, we’ll ask you a couple questions about why you’re canceling and then you’ll be all set.
