We understand things come up, so we make it easy to skip weeks in your subscription up to three weeks in advance! Once you’re signed in, simply head over to your Deliveries and scroll down to the order(s) you want to skip, and click the “Skip Week” button.
If you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, once you’re signed in, head to Settings by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner. You’ll see a "Cancel Subscription" link under My Subscription, just above Account Details. When you click on it, we’ll ask you a couple questions about why you’re canceling and then you’ll be all set.
