Yes, you most certainly can! Just so you know, our current meal containers aren’t safe for the oven or stove-top, so you’ll have to transfer your food to heat it up.
First, preheat your oven to 325° F. (If you’re using a convection oven, preheat to 300° F.) Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish and cover the top in tin foil.
For breakfast meals: Heat for 4 minutes, stir, and then heat for another 2 minutes.
For entrées: Heat for 8 minutes, stir, and then heat for another 2 minutes.
You’re just heating the meal, not cooking it, so once it’s hot, it’s ready to eat!
