When you apply a promo code to your active subscription (find out how to do that here), we apply the discount the next time we charge you.
Even though we automatically apply your code or credit to your next charge, you’ll only see it when you get your confirmation email and on the Meal Planner after your payment has gone through for that week. (Same goes for credits applied by our Customer Care team.)
FYI: Some promo codes have usage restrictions depending on your plan or the length of the promo. It’s possible that a promo code will appear to be valid but can’t be applied. If you ever want to make sure the promo is working on your account, contact us for help.
