When you add a promo code to your subscription (find out how!), the discount is applied at the time of the charge.
While we automatically add your code (or in-house credit from our Customer Care team), towards your next charged order, you'll only see it in the confirmation email and in your Deliveries after a successful payment for the week.
Kindly note that some promo codes have usage restrictions depending on the plan or length of the promotion. Essentially, a promo will appear valid but can't be applied. Feel free to chat with us so we can double check the code or in-house credit for you. ✌
