Once you're in your subscription, you can change up your dietary preferences to include specific foods you'd prefer to avoid.
For iOS: Tap on the person icon in the bottom right corner, then "Dietary Preferences."
For Android: Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner, then "Dietary Preferences."
After your preferences are set, meals containing those ingredients will have a red triangle with an exclamation point on your Deliveries page. However, with menu and recipe changes, we always recommend double-checking the full ingredients list before ordering or enjoying a meal.
Kindly note that dietary preferences are strictly preferences, and not made for allergens. To check for allergens, be sure to read the ingredients list on the nutrition label. We store, portion, and pack meals containing 8 out of the 9 major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, soy, wheat/gluten, and sesame, in addition to other allergenic ingredients. Our facilities do not store or handle any peanuts.
Please note: We follow industry best practices to limit cross-contact, but we always recommend people with severe intolerances or allergies consult their physician or nutritionist to determine if we’re the best fit for their specific needs.
