Once you’re signed in, tap on the “Account” tab in the bottom right corner and choose “Dietary Preferences.” That’s where you’ll be able to choose the ingredients you want to avoid. Once you do, you’ll see a warning symbol over any meal with the ingredient you’d like to avoid while you’re in the “Choose meals” mode. You can tap on the warning symbol to view what is in the meal, or tap on the picture to view a full ingredients list.

Just so you know, our Meal Planner isn’t able to select meals that meet your Dietary Preferences for you. You should still always check each meal’s ingredient information, and double check your weekly orders, especially if you have an allergy.
