In both the iOS and Android apps, tap the person icon in the lower right-hand corner to access the "Manage Account" screen, then tap "Manage subscription". From here, you can select your new default delivery address and this will update all future weeks that haven't yet been updated.
Kindly note that to create a new address on the iOS or Android App, you'll want to use a mobile or web browser.
