If your delivery address can't be added at checkout, you'll want to double-check a few pieces of info:
- That the zip code provided at the beginning of sign up matches the address you're adding. If you enter an address that doesn't match the zip, click the "Change" button above the zip. This will bring you back to the beginning so that the correct zip code can be added.
- Make sure the address is correct and matches what's on your registered mail. If you confirm your address is correct and you still get an error message, you can verify your address at the bottom of the page by selecting, "This address is correct."
