If you’re unable to enter your delivery address while checking out, you’ll want to double check a few key pieces of information:
- That the ZIP code entered at the beginning of sign-up matches the delivery address you’re entering. If you enter an address that doesn’t match the ZIP code entered you can select the “Change” button above the ZIP code. This will bring you back to the beginning of sign-up where you can enter the correct ZIP code.
- That your address is entered correctly and matches what is displayed on registered mail. If you’ve confirmed your address is correct and it still comes up with an error message, you can verify your address at the bottom of the page by selecting the box next to “This address is correct.”
