Have you taken a peek at your Deliveries page? This is your tool for managing weekly orders. You can make changes from here, including:
- Switching up meal selections
- Changing the delivery day for the week
- How many meals you receive in a delivery
When you log in you’ll be taken to your Deliveries or can find it in the upper left corner of our website’s navigation panel. Scroll down the page to view your current and future orders, including last week's delivery. Under the delivery dates you'll find your weekly deadline to make changes for that specific order.
The deadline stays the same week after week, unless you change your delivery day - In which case, you'll just want to double-check the deadline. If your meals show as being prepared or shipped, your weekly deadline has passed and no other changes can be made for that week.
If you only want to make changes to one week, just scroll down to that order and select the drop-down menu under the number of meals or delivery date. The "Skip Delivery" and "Choose Meals" buttons are available underneath the selected meals.
If you're looking to make a permanent change to your delivery day, you'd want to change all weeks showing your Deliveries, and then click on your name in the top right hand corner. From there, you'd head over to the "Settings" and make the change for all future orders. If you're looking to update the delivery address or plan size, those changes can be made permanently for all future orders that haven't been charged yet by updating your Settings.
