Once a refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank this may take up to 10 business days to process (though we usually see funds returned within 3 to 5 days). If you haven’t seen the funds returned to your card, we suggest reaching out to your bank to find out the status of your refund.
