We understand things come up, so we make it easy to skip weeks in your subscription up to three weeks in advance! Once you’re signed in, tap the “Upcoming” tab on the bottom left corner, scroll down to the delivery you’d like to skip, and then tap the “Skip Delivery” button in the bottom right corner.
If you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap “Manage Subscription,” then "Cancel Subscription.” When you do, we’ll ask you a couple questions about why you’re canceling, then you’re all set.
