Our chefs are required to wear protective coats, aprons, gloves, and plastic sleeve guards when handling food or cooking equipment. Our gloves are made of nitrile, which is often referred to as “medical grade.”
Chefs and kitchen employees are required to sanitize and change gloves, protective coats, and aprons when torn, as well as before and after handling allergen containing ingredients or garbage.
They are also required to wear sanitized boots to prevent bacteria from entering our kitchen.
