Food safety is our top priority, and we take our customers’ health and wellness very seriously. Given the outbreak, we are taking precautionary measures to reeducate our chefs and kitchen employees on Good Manufacturing Practices via retraining sessions. We're adjusting our policies as needed by providing our employees with additional paid sick leave and utilizing on-site screeners at all of our kitchens. Any employee suffering from an illness is sent home to self-quarantine and must be approved by a doctor to return to work.
