Food safety has always been our top priority and we take the health and wellness of our customers very seriously. With the pandemic, we're taking every precaution to reeducate our chefs and kitchen employees on Good Manufacturing Practices via retraining sessions. We're adjusting our policies as needed by providing our employees with additional paid sick leave and using on-site screeners at all our kitchens. Any ill employees are sent home to self-quarantine and must be approved by a doctor to return to work.
